Sorrelpaw is the silent but caring medicine cat apprentice of Riverclan. While she rarely speaks out loud, she tends to communicate more in gestures, as she believes that actions speak louder than words. She carries herself with confidence, though deep down she feels somewhat insecure due to the bullying of the other kits. This seems to have come to a stop since she became apprenticed to Sparrowflight, however. She admires her mentor greatly and aspires to follow in his pawsteps.

Ashenflight is a hard-working warrior of Windclan. Fairly reserved and timid, he often has a hard time reaching out to new cats. He sticks very closely to his two best friends and very rarely strays from their sides. The trio are a common sight in the Windclan camp. As a young Thunderclan warrior, Shineflower is devoted to her clan and her family. Gentle and affectionate by nature, she's the one to come to if you want someone to confide in during times of trouble. She may be small but she has more than proved her worth as a warrior and does her best to provide for her clan. She's very close to her family, particularly her father, and adores him more than anything.

pepperstorm + Shineflower ♡

these two are the exact same age! so they would have 100% been apprentices together and in the nursery for the whole same time. but here is the real kicker; both of their mother's died in labour. so the clan lost two queens in a single moon with pepperkit + shinekit and her litter all needing to be fostered by queens who weren't their bio mothers. both of their father's also spent too much time in the nursery after that and had to be chased off by the queens, so these two actually have a LOT in common despite their age and i think that they'd likely be friendly due to having grown up with almost identical kithoods. due to shineflower's sweet nature i also see her as a somewhat softening influence on pepperstorm's defensive, sullen-ness. that after essentially growing up directly parallel he probably finds her presence calming and she might even be immune to his snippy little bursts of temper.

thoughts, feelings? i couldn't believe how directly parallel they were and their ages being identical haha!
