[attr="class","appFIELD"]Tansystorm is the type of warrior who sacrifices everything for the sake of the clan, even their own happiness. And though it was never specifically asked of her to forgo self-care, the stress of being a warrior easily overshadows everything in Tansystorm's life. Ever since she stood vigil and was gifted — or cursed — with her Warrior's name, she's be frantically striving and supporting law and order, albeit she does it under an extremely disciplined and poised manner. Most are totally unaware of her stress, in fact, except when they may catch the somber expression often etching into her features during workless, quiet moments.
Generally, however, Tansystorm appears to be a diligent, logical and helpful clanmate. She speaks often of the importance of being one's best useful self and when she sees someone struggling to perform, she is willing to guide them and help them discover what their strong suit is. Some may find this type of help to be full of tactlessness, though, as she has no reserve in holding back her honest opinion on their lack of skill in any given category. But she makes up with it for her preaching on how self-care is equally important for the overall efficient functionality of the clan and so freely promotes others to also enjoy living; whether it be with a mate or simply in having some fun during their down time. (Albeit, she never does this herself!)
Overall, it is clear that Tansystorm is vehemently driven by maintaining law and order within the clan, and even in the Forest as a whole. She wants everyone to be the most perfect cog in the wheel that they can be, for the sake of everyone's survival. Yet, she also wants them to be happy too, something she herself can't seem to be.

[attr="class","appFIELD"]This is 10/10 an unnecessary read.
-KIT
Tansykit was second born to a litter of six. She, like her siblings, were blessed with doting and proud first time parents. She remembers her early kithood being full of fond memories of play, stories from her parents, and sheer loving and blissful moments. When she hit four moons of age, however, things took a turn for the worse. Greencough hit the nursery, after a visiting father brought it in. Four of her siblings would die, leaving only Tansykit and Bluekit behind. At fours moons Tansy had already built relations with each of her young siblings and it was sheer terror to suddenly lose so many of them at once, especially as she had struggled with them too, only to be left behind.
Tansykit and Bluekit would be met with hyper protective parents after that. Their mother became more doting, but extremely fearful. While their father simply tried to work more, to keep his mind off what had happened. As first time parents, losing four children at once definitely took it's toll. It took it's toll on Tansykit as well, she stopped playing with Bluekit; worried that if Bluekit died too, that her heart wouldn't be able to take it. She began to play with other kits more, particularly trying to spar with them to prepare for her inevitable apprenticehood.
-PAW
Tansypaw kept her distance with Bluepaw well into her apprentice days, too. Apparently akin to her father in that regard, as she simply focused on becoming the best and most useful cat she could be for the clan. She didn't realize it at the time, but she was doing it to save the clan from future horrors. And even if she couldn't cure things such as greencough, she found solace in the driven purpose that her newfound duties gave her.
Her mentor was quickly impressed, as her drive equated to pure determination and diligence, which she brought to every lesson. Her sole focus was on advancing and it showed. She was fierce in combat, clever in the hunt and cautious on patrol. Her downfall, however, was clear to her Mentor from the beginning: her lack of interest in getting close to her clanmates. She'd rather serve them than to really be with them. And despite the many vocal lessons that were given to her on the importance of relationships, Tansypaw never quite took to it. Not as it was intended, anyways.
When Tansypaw turned ten moons, Bluepaw would come home injured, having taken a fall from a tree. The first sight she saw and zoned in on was the blood dripping from Bluepaw's mouth. She leap upon her sibling then, immediately sobbing. Bluepaw was nowhere near death, but the image alone had been enough to shake her distant exterior and it enlightened her sibling, Mentor and peers of her truer self, which cared far more than it appeared to. After that she decided to hold Bluepaw at less of a distance, not wanting to feel regret over their detachment if Blue ever were to ever really die. Which, as she knew all too well from kithood, was entirely possible.
-STORM
Tansypaw was named Tansystorm for her prowess in battle. The night she stood vigil with her new name was the most.. stressful experience she'd had since the nursery greencough incident. Suddenly her drive to be the best was more than just a drive, it was a bona fide requirement. A requirement that if failed could equal starvation or death for her clanmates. The solace that was there during the learning curve no longer apparent; instead she had the weight of the world pounding on her shoulders, with a sickening loneliness riding alongside it, despite her many 'brothers and sisters' in arms.
Over many moons that feeling remained, but she learned to mute some of her stresses by being proactive with assisting her clanmates in whatever way she could. Tragedy did not follow her, either, despite the cloud of it always seeming to terrify her. Each of her parents remained alive and well, while Blue- also progressed as a warrior.
Her first apprentice came and 'went', the mentoring days flying by. She found herself desiring the young ones to not make the same mistake she did in closing off her heart, and it was what began her re-preaching of her own mentor's words, as she began to encourage others to also live by their heart as well as their duties. Her empathy expanded after that and she'd find herself more and more preoccupied with making everyone happy as well as efficient., with little to no time devoted to her own well-being.
Her habits haven't changed much since then. In recent days, (tba)

Ex-Mentor: The only one she confides in, albeit she never takes their advice. Could be considered her one and only 'true' friend.
